Repodin Services: Repodin provides AI-powered code analysis services for teachers and educational institutions, including: - AI-powered code repository analysis and automated feedback - Student submission tracking and progress monitoring - Educational evaluation tools for teachers and institutions - Course and assignment management for GitHub-based courses - Automated reporting and actionable insights Service Availability: - Services are available through our web platform - Analysis results are generated using AI systems - Features may vary by subscription tier - We continuously improve and update our services

Creating an Account: - You must provide accurate and complete information - You must be at least 16 years old - One account per email address - You are responsible for maintaining account security - We reserve the right to remove duplicate or fraudulent accounts Account Security: - You are responsible for keeping your password secure - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access - We may suspend accounts that pose security risks Trial Access: - Trial accounts have limited features and usage quotas - Trial access is subject to our fair use policy - We reserve the right to modify trial terms

You agree to: - Provide accurate information - Maintain the confidentiality of your account (when service launches) - Not use the service for illegal purposes - Not attempt to compromise service security - Not abuse or spam the service - Respect intellectual property rights - Comply with applicable laws and regulations

You may NOT: - Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others - Upload malicious code or malware - Attempt to access unauthorized data - Reverse engineer or copy our technology - Use automated tools to scrape data - Impersonate others or create fake accounts - Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Our Content: All content, features, and functionality of Repodin (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models) are owned by Repodin and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your Content: When you use our service (post-launch), you retain ownership of your code and data. However, you grant us a limited license to: - Analyze your code using our AI - Generate insights and reports - Improve our AI models (anonymized) - Display your public GitHub data

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points: - We collect minimal data from waitlist members - Your data is stored securely in the EU - We will never sell your data - You can request deletion at any time Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

Repodin uses artificial intelligence to analyze code and generate feedback. Under the EU AI Act, we are classified as a Limited Risk AI System (Article 52). Pricing Structure: Repodin offers: - Trial tier (limited features) - Subscription plans (monthly/annual) - Education institution licensing - Custom pricing for institutions and pilots Payment Terms: - Subscriptions are billed in advance - All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated - Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers - Failed payments may result in service suspension Early Access Benefits: Early users may receive special pricing or features, subject to availability and terms. Refund Policy: - Subscription Services: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for unused portions of subscription periods are available within 14 days of purchase, subject to our refund policy. - One-Time Purchases: Refunds for one-time purchases (e.g., token packs) are available within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used. - Refund Requests: To request a refund, contact us at support@repodin.com with your purchase details. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days. - Non-Refundable: Services that have been substantially used or consumed are not eligible for refunds. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Rights Directive): - Withdrawal Period: You have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. - Withdrawal Form: You can withdraw by sending a clear statement (e.g., email to support@repodin.com) or by using the withdrawal form available in your account settings. - Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. - Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. - Partial Performance: If you have requested that the service begins during the withdrawal period, you will be required to pay an amount proportional to what has been provided up to the point you inform us of your withdrawal.

By You: You may stop using our services and delete your account at any time. By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you: - Violate these terms - Engage in fraudulent activity - Abuse the service - Pose a security risk We will provide notice when possible, except for serious violations.

As-Is Service: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. No Professional Advice: Repodin provides analysis and insights, but not professional career advice, legal advice, or hiring decisions. Users are responsible for their own decisions. Third-Party Content: We analyze public GitHub data. We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of third-party content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repodin shall not be liable for: - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities - Service interruptions or data loss - Actions of other users Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or €100 if no payment made).

You agree to indemnify and hold Repodin harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: - Your violation of these terms - Your use of the service - Your violation of any third-party rights

Platform Classification: Repodin is classified as a Standard Online Platform under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065). We are not a Very Large Online Platform (VLOP). Content Moderation: Content moderation obligations under the DSA are not applicable to Repodin because: - Repodin does not host user-generated content in the traditional sense - Analysis results are AI-generated from user-provided inputs (e.g., GitHub repositories) - Primary function is analysis, not content hosting or sharing - Any sharing of analysis results is limited to authenticated users (employers, educators) User Reporting: If you believe any content on our platform violates applicable law, you may report it via our content reporting mechanism. Contact support@repodin.com or use the reporting feature in your dashboard. We will review reports and take appropriate action.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. Email support@repodin.com with a clear description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days and work in good faith to resolve the matter. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution: If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you may use out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms: - EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): EU consumers may use the ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr - Finnish Consumer Disputes Board: For consumer disputes in Finland, you may contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) - Arbitration/Courts: If required, disputes will be resolved through arbitration or the courts of Finland Contact for Disputes: Email: support@repodin.com We will acknowledge your dispute within 5 business days.
