**Our Content:** All content, features, and functionality of Repodin (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models) are owned by Repodin and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. **Your Content:** When you use our service (post-launch), you retain ownership of your code and data. However, you grant us a limited license to: - Analyze your code using our AI - Generate insights and reports - Improve our AI models (anonymized) - Display your public GitHub data

Users are responsible for their own decisions. **Third-Party Content:** We analyze public GitHub data. We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of third-party content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repodin shall not be liable for: - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities - Service interruptions or data loss - Actions of other users Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or €100 if no payment made).

**Governing Law:** These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. **Disputes:** We encourage users to contact us first to resolve disputes informally. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through arbitration or Finnish courts.
